You need more time to spend on listening to understandable English. If you want to become a good speaker by learning English with the help of grammar, then you can be a speaker, but not a fluent and great speaker. It takes lots of time to build a sentence when you have to think of grammar rules. For example, you are talking to someone or giving a presentation in English- you don't have time to think grammar rules for making correct sentences. At that time you have to speak as fast as you speak your 1st language. Learning English by listening English is the only way to achieve fluency.
